The Office of the First-Year Experience provides information and support to new students as they prepare for their arrival at the college – whether they are spending their first semester in Saratoga Springs or at our London FYE program. And of course, we help students as they navigate through their first year of college.

Class of 2026 Carlucci Backus '66 FYE Prize Winners: Maia Haiduc-Dale (’26), Natalie Jones (’26), and Sayuri (Saya) Pfeiffer (‘26) are recipients of the 2022-23 Candace Carlucci Backus Prize for their outstanding work in their fall Scribner Seminars.
